S&O Cleaning Services is an organization built on a foundation of integrity, dedication and hard work. Founded in 2017, S&O Cleaning Services provides a variety cleaning services to organizations throughout the City of Regina. We employ over 67 employees, all of whom have extensive cleaning experience, work flexible hours and are trained to provide quality janitorial services to our clients. We make every effort to recruit and train employees who are committed to quality and superior services. Our employees are trained in a proven work flow that reduces the amount of bacteria and viruses often found in a busy work environment. Through the careful use of a color-coded system we help to create a healthier and a safer environment.

Monthly inspections and evaluations, help us to ensure that our services continue to meet our clients’ demands. We have found that by incorporating a building cleaning inspection checklist in conjunction with our clients we have been able to maintain a superior level of service

Our management team has extensive knowledge and experience in managing contracts, working with suppliers and providing oversight to employees in an effort to provide a seamless client experience. As managers we believe that being periodically present on job sites is an important part of our work. We also work to provide clear, concise communication to our clients and our employees as they are both our main priorities.

At S&O Cleaning Service we strive to provide high quality janitorial and cleaning services. Our high standard of service does not come at the expense of the environment, our clients or our employees. We have invested in products that have less odors and scents. Our workflow is built to eliminate more bacteria and viruses than any other and to keep our clients satisfied for years to come.

Important to S&O Cleaning Services are the innovative, labor saving and cost-effective cleaning products. We use color coded microfiber cloths and mops. We believe this provides an easy system for our employees to remain organized around which products should be used when cleaning certain areas of your building. For example, green cloths used on hard surfaces, red cloths used in bathrooms and yellow cloths used in kitchens. We pair our cloths with the appropriate color-coded buckets and chemicals. This system eliminates the need for other harmful chemicals or sprays to be involved in the process. We are confident that our workflow is reflective of a truly green initiative and reduces waste, as our microfiber cloths can be washed up to 200 times.

Our cleaning products are certified EcoLogo which means they are environmentally friendly and free from organic volatile compounds. Our ‘greenguard’ certified products provide our clients with the peace of mind that they are receiving a superior service and we are using the safest products on the market.

When cleaning during regular business hours our CRI certified, Hepa filtered, high quality vacuums offer a noticeable difference. These vacuums operate with less noise and very little disturbance. Our Hepa filtered vacuums have three stages of filtration and are more efficient than any other vacuum we have come across to date.
